Mix the yeast with the sugar until it dissolves.
We put the water on the fire in a kettle so that it is warm.
In a bowl put sifted flour, salt and yeast.
Mix lightly, then pour the water gradually until you get a homogeneous dough and easy to shape.
At the end, knead it with the oil for 3-4 minutes.
Cover it with a clean towel and leave it to rise for about an hour.
We make the cabanos into rounds, and we cut the fillet muscle into small pieces.
We wash the red pepper and cut it into suitable pieces, and the olives into rounds.
We put the cheese on the grater with small mesh.
We wash the cherry tomatoes and remove the tails.
We mix the tomato sauce with the basil.
Divide the leavened dough into 3 equal parts.
Spread the first sheet and grease it with tomato sauce.
Sprinkle a little cheese, then half of the sheet we put cabanos, pieces of fillet muscle, olive slices, cherry tomatoes, pieces of pepper, 2 tablespoons corn then cheese, but a little more.
Cover the ingredients with the other half of the sheet and turn the ends.
We do the same with the other two.
We place them in a tray lined with baking paper, let them rest for 10 minutes, then beat the foam egg and grease them with a brush.
We put them in the hot oven, at a suitable temperature until they brown nicely.
When they are ready, take them out of the oven, let them cool for 5 minutes and then we can enjoy them.
