Steps

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into cubes, there will be 3-4 cubes on each spike.
Mix in a bowl the oil, soy sauce, honey, pepper and crushed garlic.
Put the chicken in the sauce, cover with foil and leave to cool for 1 hour.

Step 2

Peel an onion and cut it into quarters.
We take the chicken out of the sauce and cut the peppers into strips and then into cubes
Put the skewer sticks in cold water 30 minutes before use so as not to burn during frying. We take each stick and put alternative layers of peppers, onions and meat.

Step 3

Grease each toast with the sauce in which the meat was.

Fry the skewers on the grill in the electric oven for 30 minutes at 170 degrees, or the charcoal grill.
Turn the skewers during baking and brown them to your liking.
Serve with a salad and a glass of red wine.


Skewers with chicken tikka masala

When the onion becomes translucent, add the diced tomatoes, the tomato broth and 1 cup of water, cover with a lid and simmer until the sauce decreases. After the sauce has decreased, blend the mixture to obtain a fine sauce, then add the browned meat, garnish the masala and sour cream, mix well and leave on the fire for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, put the chopped coriander and cover with a lid.

Cut the chicken breast into pieces. Add a mixture of spices (salt, pepper, chicken spices, paprika and garlic powder) over the pieces and set them aside. During this time, cut all the vegetables just like the chicken.

Special bamboo chopsticks for skewers are watered so as not to burn on the grill. The chicken and vegetable dishes are placed on alternate bamboo sticks.

Let them grill for about 15-20 minutes and we are ready to serve these delicious chicken skewers!

1 chicken breast

  • Greek yogurt (125 ml)
  • Olive oil (20 ml)
  • Buoy (2 gr)
  • Chimen (1 gr)
  • Lemon, peel and juice (1)
  • Salt (5 gr)
  • Black pepper (1 gr)

Required time: 4 hours and 20 minutes.

Today I just want to eat skewers with chicken snails. This wonderful lunch differs from classic dishes. It looks great and tastes delicious. I recommend you try this recipe too. You can eat skewers with chicken snails with mashed potatoes. It is an extremely tasty combination.

Ingredient:

  • 4 pieces chicken breast
  • 150 gr pressed ham
  • 150 gr sliced ​​bacon
  • Salt, ground black pepper
  • Garlic powder, mixture of grilled spices

Method of preparation:

First we have to cut the chicken breast pieces and beat them with a hammer for slices. Then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a mixture of grilled spices on both sides.

We put slices of ham and bacon over the chicken breast pieces and roll them. We then put them in a tray and put them in the freezer for 60 minutes.

Cut the chicken breast rolls and put four pieces in a skewer stick. (depending on the size of the pan, we put more or less chicken snails). Then fry each skewer in hot oil, on both sides until golden.
