Vanilla cream - In a liter of milk we put the envelopes of pudding and sugar. Let it simmer and stir continuously until it boils. Add the vanilla sugar sachet and cover with cling film. Let cool.

We cool the vanilla cream with 4 whole eggs.
Take a piece of dough out of the freezer and put it on the grater in a tray lined with baking paper. Put vanilla cream on top, then grate the second part of the dough.
Place in the oven for 35-40 minutes on medium heat. The cake is ready when it passes the toothpick test. Serve cold.
