the recipe taken from the net ... but put into practice by me.
- a cup of rice
- half a cup of Malay
- half a cup of cornflakes
- half a cup of warm milk
- yeast as a nut
- 2 lg olive oil
- 2 lg bee honey
Preparation time: less than 90 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Special bread:
We boil the rice then we mix it with the other ingredients and we knead until we obtain a non-sticky dough. We leave it to rise for an hour after which we divide it into 10 and we place each separate piece in the tray until it fills from the dough and I made 4 pretzels out of it :)))
Leave it to rise for another hour, then put it in the oven and bake it over medium heat for about 50 minutes. Mmmmm, it's super good and nutritious!
