I took the recipe from the chef Satisfyyourcravings ... they were delicious !!!
- 300 gr of chicken liver
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon flour
- olive oil
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Sikotakia riganata (Greek style chicken liver):
We clean the livers and put them under a stream of cold water.
We then pass the livers through the flour.
Put a non-stick pan with a little oil on medium heat and fry the livers until they acquire a slightly brown color.
Turn the heat to low and add salt, pepper, add oregano and cleaned garlic. Leave it like this for a few more minutes.
Sprinkle the liver with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
We serve hot livers with flavored bread!
