I like saltines and I make them very often - see my nets here. This time I propose a very easy recipe with Comté French cheese.
Ideal to make with children and you can replace Comté cheese with the desired cheese.

  • 400 g flour
  • 100 g soft butter
  • 140 g of cheese counted on the large grater
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg yolk

Preheat the oven to 210 ° C. In a bowl or in the bowl of the robot, mix all the ingredients.

You need to get a smooth homogeneous dough. Let it rest for 1 hour.
